Officer: Sean Kittle. LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT: 9:23 a.m. Kathaleen O’Connor, 28, 53 Oakwood Ave., was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident after an investigation. UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER: 4:45 p.m. Michael Laware, 46, 41 Eddy’s Lane, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle after a traffic accident on Sixth Avenue. Officer: Kyle Jones. ARSON: 4:49 p.m. Someone reportedly set fire to the door of a Sixth Avenue residence. Officer: Louis Perfetti. ASSAULT: 5:25 p.m. Thad Fennelly, 39, 419 Seventh Ave., was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation. Officers: D. Bristol, L. Perfetti. BURGLARY: 5:40 p.m. Someone reportedly broke into a 113th Street residence and stole copper plumbing. Officer: Anthony Buttofucco. ROBBERY: 6:05 p.m. A subject reportedly entered the M.S. Food Mart on Spring Avenue, threatened a cashier with a knife, stole cash, and fled. Officer: M. Johnson. DWI: 7:01 p.m. Laura Foy, 50, 72 Cohoes Ave., was also charged with refusing to submit to an alcohol breath-test, and some traffic violations after a traffic stop at Sixth and Ingalls avenues.
