WATERFORD - Mykolaj “Nick” Duma, 90 formerly of Cohoes and most reSaturthe cently of Waterford passed away peacefully on day August 27, 2016 at Wesley Health Care Facility in Saratoga Springs, emfambeGel­a braced by his loving ily. Born in Semegyniw, Ukraine, he was the son of the late Stefana and Maria Jakymiw Duma and loved husband of the late Elizabeth Duma.

Nick was educated in Ukraine and lived most of his life in the Capital District. He was employed as a welder with J.V. WarAlSteam­fitbuildev­ery- ren Constructi­on in bany. Nick was a member of the United Associatio­n of Plumbers and ters of Local 7 and 73. He enjoyed gardening and was an accomplish­ed “handy man”, from fixing to ing, he did it all for one. Nick was a true family man and appreciate­d their abundant love. He was an active and devout commuClub. nicant of Sts. He is survived by his voted children, Stephanie A. Duma of Waterford, Elizabeth M. Duma of moon, Anne M. (Thomas) Reber of Texas, Connie M. Duma of Waterford, SteLindbro­thers, phen N. (Carol) Duma of Poestenski­ll and Peter M. Duma of Waterford, adored grandchild­ren, Sara M.( Jeff) Bailey, Eric N.( say) and Katie M. Duma, Chelsea A. and William N. Reber, treasured great grandchild­ren, twins, Lacy and Liam Bailey, Peter and Michael Duma of Ukraine and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4-7 pm. A Panakyda Service will be held in the funeral home at 6:00.

Interment will be in Sts. Peter & Paul’s Ukrainian Cemetery in Waterford.
