Petersburgh man charged after crash
SAND LAKE >> A Petersburgh man was arrested after he was found intoxicated after an accident, state police said. According to police, David M. Fearnley was charged with driving while intoxicated after troopers responded to a one-vehicle accident Oct. 13 on Tabordon Road. Police said Fearnley ran from the scene, but was grabbed about ¼ of a mile from the site and found in an intoxicated state.
Fearnley provided a breath sample that showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent, police said. He is expected to appear in the Town Court to answer the charge.
