Badger, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. March 1 and charged with two counts of third-degree robbery and single counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and seconddegree unlawful imprisonment. Warrant: Derrick M. Benders, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. March 1 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Brandon S. Hotte, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. March 1 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Shawn R. Bivens, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. March 1 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Anthony V. Scattareggia, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. March 1 on an outstanding warrant. Drugged driving: Casey M. Dinon, 29, of Wynanstkill, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. March 1 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Warrant: Mark. R. Perry, 58, of Waterford, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. March 1 on an outstanding warrant.

Theft of services: Philippe K. Atson-Tsevi, 53, of Troy, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with theft of services. Larceny: Raphael Morillo, 17, of Albany, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with petit larceny.

Drunken driving: Amanda L. Briggs, 31, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. March 1 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Larceny: Andrew S. Planz, 30, of Green Island, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. March 1 in the town of Colonie and charged with thirddegree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Drunken driving: Ian J. Masterson, 27, of Pittstown, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. March 1 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a controlled substance in its original container and four vehicle and traffic infractions.
