Caffrey, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 1:13 p.m March 9 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Amir F. Covington, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. March 9 on two outstanding warrants.

Assault: Jose C. Santiago, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. March 9 and charged with thirddegree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed driving: Derrick G. Frazier, 52, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. March 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Bracy, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. March 9 in the town of Brunswick and charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Identity theft: Peter Ekowentsuah, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. March 9 in the city of Troy and charged with third-degree identity theft, third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification and petit larceny. Marijuana possession: An unidentified, 18-year-old Poestenkill man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. March 10 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of marijuana.
