Anaya, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. March 17 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Damon C. Durocher, 52, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. March 17 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Rashawd T. Cowan, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. March 18 on an outstanding warrant. Assault: Carl M. Pugh, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. March 18 and charged with first-degree assault, third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and public lewdness. Unlicensed driving: Robert D. Flexer, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. March 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Warrant: Jose A. Negron Sr., 59, of Troy, was arrested at 2 p.m. March 18 on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Jamal A. Boyd, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. March 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Unlicensed driving: Anthony Rivera, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. March 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Jeffrey A. Metz, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 5:56 p,m, March 18 on an outstanding warrant.
