Alleged drug dealer arrested in NYC

HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. >> A Brooklyn man facing felony drug sale charges in a December indictment was arrested Thursday in New York City.

Fidelis K. Terris, 23, was indicted on two felony counts each of thirdand fifth- degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and a single felony charge of fourth- degree conspiracy.

Village police said Terris fled to New York City after learning of the indictment, but was later located by police officers there.

Village police said they were botified of Terris’ arrest by the New York Police Department and sent an officer to the city to bring him back to Hoosick Falls.

Terris was arraigned and sent to the Rensselaer County jail without bail.
