March 25 in the town of Nassau and charged with third- degree assault, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater. Grand larceny: Nicol Jenkins, 44, of Watervliet, was arrested at 10:30 a. m. March 25 in the town of Guilderland and charged with third- degree grand larceny, first- degree falsifying business records and first- degree offering a false instrument for filing. Marijuana possession: Keith R. Devine, 22, of Albany, was arrested at 8:37 p. m. March 25 in the village of Menands and charged with fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
Drunken driving: Chris R. Merrills, 46, of Cambridge, was arrested at 12:09 a. m. March 26 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and three vehicle and traffic infractions. Mischief: Matthew J. Serson, 26, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 10:40 a. m. March 26 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and second- degree harassment. Drunken driving: Joseph M. Atwater, 22, of Stephentown, was arrested at 2: 23 p. m. March 26in the town of Stephentown and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
Marijuana possession: Matthew J. Dormandy, 32, of Buskirk, was arrested at 2:38 p. m. March 26 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with fourth- degree criminal possession of marijuana and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Taj L. Humbert, 22, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested at 2:57 p. m. March 26 in the town of Schodack and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Raymond L. Rysedorph, 35, of Colonie, was arrested at 10:42 p. m. March 26 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content or 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
