Menacing: William H. Carter, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 7:38 a.m. March 28and charged with second-degree menacing, fourthdegr­ee criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Impersonat­ion: Julian Soto, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. March 28and charged with second-degree criminal impersonat­ion and also on an outstandin­g warrant.

Contempt: Ricky Mosley, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. March 28and charged with first- and second-degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Sydney S. Jolly, 21, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. March 28on an outstandin­g warrant.

East Greenbush Police Department

Warrant: Nekie J. Ricks, 24, of Albany, was arrested March 27on an outstandin­g warrant. Warrant: Anthony J. Wilkinson Jr., 35, of East Greenbush, was arrested March 27on an outstandin­g warrant.

Warrant: Robert E. Burns, 37, of Albany, was arrested March 27on an outstandin­g warrant.

Petit larceny: Jameson L. Perotti, 43, of Sharon Springs, was arrested March 28and charged with petit larceny and two counts of criminal possession of drug paraphenal­ia. Anastasia Menagia, 41, of Clifton Park, was arrested March 28and charged with aggravated harassment. Ardashia Mills, 23, of Albany, was arrested March 28and charged with petit larceny.

Drunken driving: Nicholas A. Torncello, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 5:57a.m. March 24in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a controlled substance in its original container and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Larceny: John McEnerney, 44, of Wynantskil­l, was arrested at 1p.m. March 28in the town of Brunswick and charged with third-degree grand latrceny, firstdegre­e falsifying business records and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.

Larceny: Brittany E. Mingo, 26, and Fatima G. Gamble, 22, both of Troy, were arrested at 1:25p.m. March 28in the town of Brunswick and each charged with petit larceny.

Larceny: Karley Goddeau-Stefaniak, 21, and Taylor J. Wing, 21, both of Troy, were arrested at 4:33p.m. March 28in the town of Brunswick and each charged with petit larceny.
