Warrant: John H. Rifenburgh, 31, of Johnsonville, was arrested at 4:22a.m. March 31on an outstanding warrant.

Stolen property: Timothy T. Keeler, 27, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 10:45a.m. March 31and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seconddegree reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

Warrant: Dorrel O. Williams, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 5:55p.m. March 31on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Paul A. VanAlphen, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 7:27p.m. March 31on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Julie A. Cristaldi, 23, of Argyles, was arrested at 9:15p.m. March 31on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Shawn R. Bivens, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 2:41a.m. April 1and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Celzon A. Venson, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 3:36a.m. April 1 on an outstanding warrant. Impersonation: Danielle M. Devito, 35, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 6:31p.m. April 1and charged with false personation.

Drug paraphenalia: Francis Maccue, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 7:21p.m. April 1and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphenelia. Impaired driving: Garth J. Rossum Jr., 28, of Johnsonville, was arrested at 7:39p.m. April 1and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired.

Unlicensed driving: Rosemary Williams, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 11:10a.m. April 2and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Arielle E. Grober, 23, of Selkirk, was arrested at 4:03p.m. April 2and charged with driving while intoxicated. Child endangerment: Maureen M. McGrath, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 7:31 p. m. April 2and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed driving: Douglas V. Palazeke, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. April 2and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Adam F. Rafferty, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 11:24p.m. April 2and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
