Warrant: Eileen Rickard, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 1:47p.m. April 3on an outstandin warrant. Mischief: Diemere K. Washington, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:53p.m. April 3and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief, second- degree burglary and first- and second- degree criminal contempt.

Contempt: George G. Conrad Jr., 39, of Troy, was arrested at 2p.m.

April 3and charged with second- degree criminal contempt.

Unlicensed driving: Scott E. Morgan, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 2:48p.m. April 3and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and also on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Kevin J. VanBuren, 55, of Watervliet, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. April 3and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Warrant: Charles M. Sweet, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 3:33p.m. April 3on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Dwayne Latimer, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. April 3and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Warrant: Audrianna Jones, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 8:12p.m. April 3on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Alyssa E. Locke, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 8:30p.m. April 3and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Eleuthere R. Regal, 33, of Slingerlands, was arrested at 11:05p.m.
