Miles, 27, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 3:41a.m. April 4and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Drug possession: Justin T. Musto, 26, of Watervliet, was arrested at 12:34p.m. April 4and charged with fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Contempt: Charles J. Carr III, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 11:38a.m. April 4and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Lameek D. Johnson, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 1:18p.m. April 4on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Theotis Johnson, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 2:36p.m. April 4and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Drug possession: Tyshawn Princeton, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 3:44p.m. April 4and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Jah’Sheen M. Angus, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 4:40p.m. April 4and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation Marijuana possession: Jacob T. Martell, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 5:18p.m. April 4and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Menacing: George Mott III, 48, of Troy, was arrested at 7:40p.m. April 4and charged with second-degree menacing, first-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Larceny: Shawn L. Mitchell, 31, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. April 4in the town of Colonie and charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and firstdegree offering a false instrument for filing.
