Drug possession: Robert T. Claffy, 34, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. April 7in the town of Guilderland and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Assault: Ashley N. FInk, 26, of Waterford, was arrested at 2:08p.m. April 8 and charged with thirddegree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Mark D. Coonradt, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. April 7in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Robert V. Votra, 36, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 11:24p.m. April 7in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater. Marijuana possession: Shamiek A. Shorter, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. April 8in the town of Colonie and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Impaired driving: An unidentified, 18-year-old Wynantskill man was arrested at 10:15p.m. April 8 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Weapon possession: Jacob I. Tesch, 34, of Albany, was arrested at 1:52a.m. April 9in the city of Troy and charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a controlled substance in its original container and unlawful possession of marijuana. Drunken driving: Rachael L. Melita, 21, of Slingerland, was arrested at 1:53a.m. April 9in the city of Watervliet and charged with driving while intoxicated and four vehicle and traffic infractions.
