Mischief: Dominica J. Romeo, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. April 19and charged with third- degree criminal mischief. Contempt: Rose M. Williams, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 11:10p.m. April 19 and charged with second- degree criminal contempt.
