Troy Police Department Unlicensed driving: Lamar J. Murray, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 2:09a.m. April 28and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Unlicensed driving: Scott H. Thibodeau, 45, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 8 a.m. April 28and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Larceny: Jenna Chiera, 28, of Latham, was arrested at 8:56a.m. April 28and charged with three counts of petit larceny and one count of second-degree forgery.

Burglary: Shalar S. Mccluney, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 9a.m. April 28and charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Warrant: Robert A. Nadeau III, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 9:49a.m. April 28on an outstanding warrant. Suspended registration: Nickeisha S. Vaughn, 26, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10:57a.m. April 28and charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Unlicensed driving: Michael J. Novak, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. April 28and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Resisting arrest: Jaquan H. Walker, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 4:36p.m. April 28and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Warrant: Kenneth H. Blanchard, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 6:44p.m. April 28on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Amy L. Sisson, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 8:54p.m. April 28and charged with petit larceny. Warrant: Dominique T. Mann, 20, of Berne, was arrested at 10:50p.m. April 28on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: William E. Waterson III, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 2:46p.m. April 29and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and single counts of second-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing. Unlicensed driving: Christopher J. Bramah, 23, of Albany, was arrested at 11:29p.m. April 29and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Warrant: Kyle J. Massoth, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 5:05p.m. April 30on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Imani S. Hutchinson, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 5:43p.m. April 30and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Larceny: Anthony S. Mc- culloch, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 11:11p.m. April 30 and charged with fourthdegree grand larceny.

New York State Police Endangerment: Jeffrey L. Beaulieu, 24, of Castelton-on-Hudson, was arrested at 3p.m. April 30in the city of Albany and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful possession of marijuana and also on an outstanding warrant. Menacing: Joshua E. Koloski, 38, of Stephentown, was arrested at 10p.m. April 30and charged with third-degree menacing, resisting and acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17.
