Menacing: William W. Wendell, 53, of Averill Park, was arrested at 6p.m. May 5 in the town of Poestenkill and charged with third-degree menacing.

Drunken driving: John P. Foskett, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 7:59p.m. May 5 in the town of Colonie and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Cheryl K. Collier, 53, of Albany, was arrested at 1:38a.m. May 6 in the town of Schodack and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Durnken driving: Seth A. Brannock, 41, of Cambridge, was arrested at 5:14a.m. May 6in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Michael S. Ferrara, 54, of North Adams, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:52p.m. May 6 in the town of Hoosick and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Allen D. SPears, 57, of Nassau, was arrested at 4:39p.m. May 6 in the town of Nassau and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent, unlawful pos- session of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drunken driving: Donald J. O’Donnell, 57, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. May 6in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
