Contempt: Derrick D. Hassan Jr., 24, of Troy, was arrested at 11:26a.m. May 10and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Larceny: Jemil A. Are, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 12:25p.m. May 10and charged with fourthdegree grand larceny.

Drug possession: Hector R. Padin-Rivera, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 5:38p.m. May 10and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Warrant: Edward S. Dodge Jr., 25, of Troy, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. May 10on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Duane K. Williams, 47, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 7:45p.m. May 10and charged with petit larceny.

Mischief: Lana C. Dugan, 30, of Bennington, was arrested at 11:42p.m. May 10and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Larceny: Seba J. Marx, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 10:35a.m. May 10in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Drug possession: Renee D. Cauthen, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 4:45p.m. May 10 in the town of East Greenbush and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and on an outstanding warrant.

Drunken driving: David N. Busick, 21, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 5:44p.m. May 10in the city of Albany and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Harassment: An unidentified, 14-year-old Averill Park boy was arrested at 8:30p.m. May 10 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
