Assault: Jonathan Resto, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 10:41 a.m. May 17and charged with thirddegree assault.

Child endangerment: Kenneth L. Hummel, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 6:24p.m. May 17and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Robbery: Daquon V. Benjamin, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 10:20p.m. May 17and charged with third- degree robbery. Mischief: Alexander L. Lewis, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. May 17and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief.

Mischief: Shamod L. Murray, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 10:57p.m. May 17and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief.

Burglary: Ryan J. Saleh, 36, of Troy was arrested at 12:36p.m. May 17in the town of Brunswick and charged with third- degree burglary. Drunken driving: Thomas F. Mazzariello, 36, of Cohoes, was arrested at 12:48a.m. May 18in the town of Colonie and charged with felony driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic infractions.
