TROY - Dorothy “Do” Ryan left us to be with the Lord on May 5, 2017. Born in Troy on September 20, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Frank J. Ryan Sr. and Mary Bolster Ryan and sister of the late Frank J. Ryan Jr.

Dorothy grew up in South Troy graduated from Troy High School, HVCC, Siena and Sage Graduate School. She worked for New York State in various depart - ments and for Empire State College Center for Distance learning, as a mentor. She was formerly married to Pat Aiezza.

Dorothy is survived by a large group of Ryan cousins and one maternal cousin. She will be fondly remembered by her friends Jo- Ann Ucci, Jenny Hamill, Harriet Durivage, Barbara Lanfear, Jeannette Scott, Jo– Ann Spinelli, Mary Duprey and Ann and Bud Grace.

A memorial mass of Christian burial in her honor, will be celebrated on Saturday June 3, 2017 at 12 noon at Our Lady of Vic - tory Church with Rev. Randall Patterson, Pastor officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the Church on Saturday morning from 11 until 12 noon.

Inurment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery Troy.

Instead of flowers please make a donation to the Frank J. Ryan Jr. ‘ 69 MemoValley rial Scholarship at Hudson Community College.
