Menacing: Francis M. Smith, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. June 2 and charged with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree attempted grand larceny. Unlicensed driving: Michael A. Gaunay Jr., 20, of Troy, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. June 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Jahyra Arroyo, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. June 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.

Mischief: Tracy A. Cantry, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. June 2 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and firstdegree criminal contempt. Drug possession: Ray L. McCord, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. June 2 and charged with thirdand fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Contempt: Wilfred O. Domena Jr., 53, of Troy, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. June 2 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and also on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: John A. Caffrey, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 11:54 a.m. June 2 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Jason M. Hare, 45, of Albany, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. June 2 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Jordan N. Reid, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. June 2 on an outstanding warrant. Burglary: Clarence R. Rehm Jr., 44, of Troy, was arrested at 5 p.m. June 2 and charged with seconddegree burglary and also on an outstanding warrant. Assault: Harley A. Davila, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. June 2 and charged with four counts of first-degree assault, seven counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Stalking: Jorge L. Lopez, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. June 2 and charged with two counts each of first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief and single counts of fourth-degree stalking, second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

Warrant: Deven J. Allman, 20, of Greenwich, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. June 2 on an outstanding warrant. Drunken driving: Martin D. Busher, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. June 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mischief: Joseph S. Grieco, 36, of Menands, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. June 4 and charged with thirddegree criminal mischief. Larceny: Jennifer A. Sagendorf, 38, of Waterford, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. June 4 and charged with petit larceny.

Contempt: Kareem L. Kendall, 28, of Cohoes, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. June 4 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt. Warrant: Karl K. Crosier, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. June 4 on an outstanding warrant.
