Unlicensed driving: Elijah J. Alverio, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. June 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Assault: Jared R. Loomis, 49, of troy, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. June 9 and charged with thirddegree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Drugged driving: Bruce A. Tolusian, 61, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 6:59 a.m. June 9 and charged with felony friving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Harassment: Michael J. Dudor, 39, of Cohoes, was arrested at 8:17 a.m. June 9 and charged with second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Brian B. Ziembieo, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. June 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Suspended motor vehicle: Kevin T. Cassidy, 22, of troy, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. June 9 and charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Assault: Abraham Rone, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. June 9 and charged with thirddegree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed driving: Kevin J. Dailey, 22, of Middleburgh, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. June 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Larceny: Antwon S. Moore, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. June 9 and charged with fourthdegree grand larceny and seconddegree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Mark A. Turmon Jr., 21, of troy, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. June 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: kalief M. Jackson, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. June 9 on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Scott M. Cook, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. June 9 on an outstanding wArrant.

Mischief: Darnell J. Kellum, 24, of Watervliet, was arrested at 8:40 mp.m. June 9 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.

Drunken driving: Kevin P. Harrington, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. June 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Joseph R. Hathaway, 27, of Green Island, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. June 11 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also on an outstanding warrant.

Choking: Nelson Torres, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. June 11 and charged with seconddegree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.
