Warrant: Carlos A. Nieves, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. June 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Sheldon I. Silas, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. June 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and also on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Breanne J. Long, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. June 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Weapon possession: Joshua J. Bacon, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. June 13 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Unlicensed driving: Brandon A. Williams, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. June 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Warrant: Timothy E. Fletcher, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 2 p.m. June 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Contempt: Shawn M. Massey, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 2 p.m. June 13 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt.

Drug possession: Keili B. Bentley, 47, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. June 13 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Larceny: Ryan J. Saleh, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. June 13 and charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. Assault: John J. Foley IV, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. June 13 and charged with firstdegree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and also on an outstanding warrant.

Obstruction: Ohmeire J. Jones, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. June 13 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. Warrant: Tyrone C. Lewis, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. June 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: Randall C. Putnam, 53, of Pittstown was charged June 13 with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was held.

Larceny: Julie E. Esteves, 24, of Troy was charged June 13 with petit larceny and disorderly conduct. She was issued appearance tickets.

Harassment: Shane M. Kirker, 31, of Berne was charged June 12 with second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket. DWI: Valerie L. Grugan, 46, of Troy was charged June 13 with driving while intoxicated. She was issued an appearance ticket.
