Alcohol sales: An unidentified, 18-year-old woman was arrested at 4:10 p.m. June 15 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. Unlicensed driving: Denzel N. Caldwell, 24, of Albany, was arrested at 11 p.m. June 16 in the town of Brunswick and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an unspecified number of vehicle and traffic infractions.
Resisting: Nicola Moore, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. June 16 in the town of Brunswick and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Andrew S. Morse, 36, of Albany, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. June 17 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with felony driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test and three other vehicle and traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Heather N. Tufts, 37, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. June 17 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
Drunken driving: Dylan H. smith, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. June 18 in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
Drunken driving: William R. Quandt, 36, of Colonie, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. June 18 in the town of North Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
