Drunken driving: Samuel M. Cook, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. June 30 in the town of Guilderland and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Priscilla Hernandez, 28, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. June 30 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Scott Kattrein, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. June 30 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.
Drunken driving: Thomas H. Allen, 29, of Averill Park, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. June 30 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 prcent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
Impaired driving: Robert B. Benac, 36, of Averill Park, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. July 1 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent and driving while ability impaired by alcohol. Drunkden driving: Malik H. Shabazz, 34, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. July 1 in the city of Troy and charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, as well as driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17 and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Touching: Michael G. Guarini, 26, of East Nassau, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. July 1 and charged with forcible touching. Drunken driving: George J. DePuy, 55, of Stephentown, was arrested at 1 p.m. July 1 in the town of Stephentown and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Drunken driving: Andrew W. Fisher, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. July 2 in the town of Colonie and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
