Unlicensed driving: Elijarbar I. Harvey, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. July 14 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended motor vehicle and two traffic and vehicle infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Daniel E. Bowman, 54, of Albany, was arrested at 10 a.m. July 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Mischief: Keith A. Hughes, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. July 14 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree aggravated harassment.

Warrant: Darnell J. Kellum, 24, of Cropseville, was arrestsed at 8:16 p.m. July 14 on an outstanding warrant.

Weapon possession: Jamir O. Broaster, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. July 14 and charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Steven Williams, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. July 15 on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Anastasia A. Reilly, 19, of Albany, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. July 15 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Alijah Pomey, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. July 15 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Unlicensed driving: Edwin C. Quesada, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. July 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Contempt: Vincent M. Patrick Sr., 32, of Troy, was arrested at 5:52 a.m. July 15 and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and resisting arrest.

Contempt: Rosemary Williams, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. July 15 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt.

Drug possession: Tiffany M. Williams, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. July 15 and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggrvated unlicensed operation, suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Michelle E. Pozzouli, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. July 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxiated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 or greater and third-degree assault.

Weapon possession: Michael R. Herb, 18, of Watervliet, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. July 16 and charged with second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Contempt: Michael C. Guthman, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 4:23 a.m. July 16 and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Corey F. Vumbacco, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. July 16 on an outstanding warrant.
