DWI: Gail A. Gisburne, 68, of Albany was arrested July 15 in Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Monica E. Lanzillo, 36, of Averill Park was arrested July 15 in Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Jennifer E. Schulaner, 53, of Troy was arrested July 16 in New Scotland and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Bernard E. Aunchman, 43, of Waterford was arrested July 17 in Colonie and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Assault: Anna L. Medelez, 26, and Dillon R. Flethcher, 21, both of Poestenkill were arrested July 16 in Poestenkill and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Aggravated DWI: Michael A. McLoughlin, 33, of Troy was arrested July 17 in Brunswick and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
