Warrant: Michael W. Taylor, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. July 17 on an outstanding warrant. Resisting arrest: Cornell A. Downs, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. July 17 and charged with resisting arrest.
Warrant: Thomas J. Quick, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. July 17 on an outstanding warrant. Contempt: Lonnie D. McCann, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 6:02 a.m. July 17 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt and also on an outstanding warrant.
Drug possession: Gregory J. Griffin, 33, of Voorheesville, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. July 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Resisting arrest: James E. Brown, 35, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. July 17 and charged with resisting arrest and also on an outstanding warrant. Endangerment: Kelvon M. Mellette, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. July 17 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
Larceny: Nah-Siah O. Robinson, 18, of Albany, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. July 17 and charged with petit larceny.
Mischief: Allison Williams, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. July 17 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Unlicensed driving: Kamaice Thomas, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. July 17 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Paula H. Bulmer, 51, of Wynanstkill, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. July 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic violations.
Warrant: Vincent A. Williams, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. July 18 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Arthur H. Gavitt, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. July 18 on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Ashley E. Fegley, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. July 18 and charged with petit larceny. False personation: Scott T. Cleland, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. July 18 and charged with false personation, third-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Sexual contact: Justin L. Hope, 32, of Albany, was arrested July 17 based off complaints from Sand Lake and North Greenbush and charged with four counts of
sexual contact with a minor, a misdemeanor.
Drugged driving: Brandy L. Nichols, 36, of Troy was arrested July 18in Brunswick and charged with firstdegree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. Drug possession: Dorene L. Bilka-Perrotte, 42, of Cohoes was arrested July 18in Menands and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seconddegree criminally using drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
