Assault: Gerald W. Smith, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 2:58a.m. July 21and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

Warrant: Donald J. Gendron Jr., 58, of Troy, was arrested at 3:02a.m. July 21on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Daquan V. Benjamin, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 3:09a.m. July 21 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Kevin J. Vanier, 32, of Colonie, was arrested at 3:34a.m. July 21on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Derek L. McMaster, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 8:48a.m. July 21and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic violation. Drug possession: Cecelia A. Davenport, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 8:59a.m. July 21and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Warrant: Jacob W. Waldron, 30, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 8:28p.m. July 21 on an outstanding warrant. Murder: Anthony M. Rickett, 51, of Troy, was arrested at 2:47a.m. July 22 and charged with seconddegree murder, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of first-degree burglary. Warrant: Brandon L. Van-Vorst, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 10:08a.m. July 22 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: William S. Stata III, 23, of Cropseyville, was arrested at 1:26p.m. July 22 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Michael J. Paulk, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 6:37p.m. July 22on an outstanding warrant. Drunken driving: Monique L. Young, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 3:53a.m. July 23and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic violation. Larceny: David M. Pickering II, 32, of Albany, was arrested at 9:58p.m. July 23and charged with petit larceny and second- and third-degree possession of forgery instruments.

Drug possession: Christopher J. Bramah, 23, of Albany, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. July 23and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a hypodermic instrument and also on an outstanding warrant.

Snyder, 20, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 7:03p.m. July 3in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Contempt: Anthony J. Paradise, 39, of Delanson, was arrested at 12:09p.m. July 21in the town of Schodack and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt. Larceny: Krysta R. Favour, 24, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:02p.m. July 21in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny. Larceny: Heidi L. Akley, 47, of Cohoes, was arrested at 6:45p.m. July 21in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Williams, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 8:45p.m. July 21in the city of Albany and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a hypodermic instrument. Drunken driving: Tammy L. Crandall, 46, of Green Island, was arrested at 10:40p.m. July 21in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater. Larceny: Mark L. Conklin, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 10:48p.m. July 21in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny. Larceny: Angelic M. Duncan, 34, of Howes Cave, was arrested at 10:50p.m. July 21in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Tampering: Joseph H. Rogers, 28, of Petersburgh, was arrested at 12:59a.m. July 22in the town of Berlin and charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Contempt: Matthew J. McKay, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 7:52a.m. July 22in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and single counts of criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.

False report: Andrew J. Hahn, 28, of Johnsonville, was arrested at 8:51a.m. July 22in the town of Pittstown and charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident and filing a false written statement. Petit larceny: Stephen M. Kovalevich, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 2:42p.m. July 22in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Reckless driving: Aaron J. Hall, 26, of Watervliet, was arrested at 4:05p.m. July 23in the city of Albany and charged with reckless driving and four vehicle and traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Virginia A. Horigan, 62, of Niskayuna, was arrested ar 8:04 p.m. July 23in the town of Grafton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater.

Drunken driving: David A. Catron, 24, of Westfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:18p.m. July 23 in the town of Schodack and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic violation.
