Assault: Rachael A. Turmon, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. July 25 and charged with thirddegree assault and petit larceny. Injuring animals: Damion S. Joyner, 42, of Troy, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. July 25 and charged with injuring animals, criminal obstruction of breathing, fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Trespass: Dayshawn D. Randolph, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. July 25 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. Unlicensed driving: Rodney N. VanNess III, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. July 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a

vehicle and traffic violation.

Unlicensed driving: Heather A. Fafter, 23, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. July 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffiv violation.

Larceny: Christopher B. Blazejeski, 35, of Waterford, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. July 25 in the town of brunswick and charged with petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Drug possession: Skyler D. Sawyer, 22, of waterford, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. July 25 in the town of Brunswick and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a controlled substance in its original container and petit larceny.
