Larceny: Michael C. Preissler, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 4: 56a. m. Aug. 29and charged with petit larceny and also on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Kimberly Rogers, 39, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 9: 10a. m. Aug. 29and charged with petit larceny and first- and second- degree falsifying business records.

Unlicensed driving: Brian D. Fogarty, 24, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 12: 25p. m. Aug. 29 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic violation. Contempt: MatthewW. Fluty Sr., 26, of Troy, was arrested at 2: 28p. m. Aug. 29and charged with second- degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Todd A. Vanalstyne, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 6: 09 p. m. Aug. 29on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Tiffany D. Shaw, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 6: 20 p. m. Aug. 29on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Paul L. Moore, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 9: 29p. m. Aug. 29and charged with fifth- degree possession of marijuana and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

East Greenbush Police Department

Drunken driving: James M. Hoffman, 49, of Castleton, was arrested Aug. 14and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to use an ignition- interlock device.

Unlicensed driving: Zaire E. Stevens, 21, of East Greenbush, was arrested Aug. 14and charged with aggravated unlicensed and on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Anamika Mukherjee, 45, of East Greenbush, was arrested Aug. 14and charged with petit larceny.

Drunken driving: Shawn J. Eriole, 30, of Tolland, Massachusetts. was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Harassment: Alisha N. Grock,

28, of Rensselaer, was arrested Aug. 14and charged with harassment. Harassment: Marc A. Ruiz, 18, of Rensselaer, was arrested Aug. 18and charged with aggravated harassment.

Drug possession: Tiffany J. Lanphear, 26, of Chatham was arrested Aug. 18and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.

Forgery: Natasha C. Hall, 21, of Albany, was arrested Aug. 18and charged with second- degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Larceny: Colton J. Potter, 25, of Ravena, was arrested Aug. 18and charged with petit larceny. Harassment: Arthur W. Nebe, 51, of East Greenbush, was arrested Aug. 18and charged with three

counts of harassment and one count of unlawful restraint.

Larceny: Daja D. King, 22, of Albany, was arrested Aug. 18and charged with petit larceny.

Burglary: Gregory B. Gilliard, 22, of Troy, was arrested Aug. 23and charged with seconddegree burglary. Larceny: Tyler R. Kelly, 23, of Troy, and Nikki L. Secoy, 18, of North Bennington, Vermont, were Aug. 23and each charged with petit larceny. Larceny: Kelly A. Golden, 38, of Schenectady, was arrested Aug. 23and charged with petit larceny.
