Sherman, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 3: 08p. m. Sept. 8and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Reckless driving: Vaughn Chestnut, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 5: 53p. m. Sept. 8and charged with reckless driving and 13vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drug possession: Alexander C. Alberti, 25, of Schodack Landing, was arrested at 12: 51p. m. Sept. 8in the town of Sand Lake and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drug possession: Benjamin D. Barie, 23, of Hudson, was arrested at 1: 31p. m. Sept. 8in the town of Sand Lake and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Sexual misconduct: An unidentified, 18- year- old Berlin man was arrested at 2: 42p. m. Sept. 8and chargedwith sexual misconduct. Drunken driving: Andrew L. Kowalchyk, 28, of Troy, was arrested at2: 39a. m.
