Troy Police Department

Drunken driving: Jermecia L. Paylor, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 1: 17a. m. Sept. 12and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Fugitive: James F. Lee, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 3: 13a. m. Sept. 12and charged as a fugitive from justice.

Unlicensed driving: Ralph A. Stone III, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 40a. m. Sept. 12and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Contempt: Rudolph Bradley, 35, of Green Island, was arrested at 10: 20a. m. Sept. 12and charged with second- degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Rocky J. Blair, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 11: 49a. m. Sept. 12on an outstanding warrant.

Obstruction: Jermaine Brown, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 41 p. m. Sept. 12and charged with second- degree obstructing governmental adminisitration. Assault: Juan C. Figueroa, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 06p. m. Sept. 12and charged with thirddegree assault, fourth- degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing.

Drunken driving: Robert F. Chenot, 53, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 8: 40a. m. Sept. 12in the town of East Greenbush and charged with felong driving while intoxicated, as well as first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, renting or borrowing a vehicle with an ignition- interlock device and six vehicle and traffic infractions. Larceny: Ricky Crandall, 55, of Bennington, Vermont, was arrested at 2: 52p. m. Sept. 12in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Marijuana possession: Lawrence M. Flinton, 25, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 3: 15p. m. Sept. 12 in the city of Albany and charged with third- degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlawfully growing cannabis and first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
