Larceny: Timothy E. Fletcher, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 8: 47p. m. Sept. 15and charged with two counts of fourth- degree grand larceny and one count of fourthdegree criminal possession of stolen property. Choking: Cameron D. Ezell, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 12: 33a. m. Sept. 16and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. firstdegree criminal contempt and second- degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Adrean L. Gribben, 33, of Watervliet, was arrested at 4: 10a. m. Sept. 16and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and four vehicle and traffic infractions. Drug possession: Yaser F. Abdulghani, 21, of Loudonville, was arrested at 7: 36p. m. Sept. 16 and charged with two counts of third- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of second-, thirdand fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana and first- degree loitering.

Marijuana possession: Jopseph G. Stanley, 19, of Watervliet, was

arrested at 7: 36p. m. Sept. 16and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of marijuana and first- degree loitering.

Loitering: Cassidy R. Nolan, 19, of Wartervliet, was arrested at 7: 36p. m. Sept. 16and charged with firstdegree loitering.

Mischief: Che R. Martinez, 48, of Troy, was arrested at 9: 09p. m. Sept. 16and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief and second- degree harassment. Assault: Michael R. Hom, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 47p. m. Sept. 17and charged with third- degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering thewelfare of a child. Drug possession: Eric L. Paulin, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 11: 07p. m. Sept. 17and charged with two counts of third- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, single counts of seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest and four vehicle and traffic infractions.

Larceny: Daren W. French, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 10p. m. Sept. 17in the city of Troy and charged with fourth- degree criminal possession of stolen property, third- degree unlawful possession of personal identification and petit larceny. Drunken driving: Ronald T. Leavenworth, 49, of Chatham, was arrested at 8: 28 p. m. Sept. 17in the town of Petersburg and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Drug possession: Dominick Harris, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 13p. m. Sept. 17in the city of Albany and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drunken driving: John E. Montagne, 59, of Cohoes, was arrested at 9: 28p. m. Sept. 17in the town of Colonie and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
