Mischief: Ahmend V. Brice, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 6: 13 p. m. Sept. 21and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief and second- degree harassment. Larceny: James F. Cooper IV, 30, of Averill Park, was arrested at 7: 43p. m. Sept. 21and charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest and fifth- degree criminal possession of stolen property. Weapon possession: Maria S. Holmes, 23, of Latham, was arrested at 10: 39p. m. Sept. 21 and charged with second- degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth- degree criminal possession of stolen property. Weapon possession: Karina Cotto, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10: 39p. m.
