Drunken driving: Clifton Houle, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 57 p. m. Sept. 22in the town of North Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Stalking: Jon P. Weddington, 32, of Johnsonville, was arrested at 10: 58p. m. Sept. 22in the town of Pittstown and charged with fourth- degree stalking. Larceny: Jacki L. Bresee, 41, of Albany, was arrested at 10: 23p. m. Sept. 22in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny. Drunken driving: Christian Z. Ozack, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 1: 35a. m. Sept. 23in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater. Drugged driving: Bethanie M. Wark, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 5: 26a. m. Sept. 23in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, fifth- degree crim inal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Drunken driving: Miranda K. Lacomb, 22, of Staten Island, was arrested at 11: 29p. m. Sept. 23 in the town of Stephentown and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Roy C. Sanders, 29, of Watervliet, was arrested at 9: 09. m. Sept. 23in the city of Albany and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
