Patronizing an underage prostitute: Michael D. Briggs, 41, of Eagle Bridge, was arrested at 3 p.m. Oct. 5 and charged with first-degree patronizing a prostitute and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Growing cannabis: Brett Guglielmoni, 41, of Cropseyville, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 5 in the town of Grafton and charged with unlawfully growing cannabis.
Larceny: Christina Santaski, 19, of Troy, and Andre D. Beaupre, 38, of Cohoes, were arrested at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 5 in the town of Brunswick and each charged with third-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny. Drunken driving: Joshua J. Mooney, 35, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Oct. 6 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
Unlicensed driving: Noah P. Bond, 30, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 7 in the town of East Greenbush and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a vehicle without an ignition-interlock device, unlawful possession of marijuana and refusal to take a breath test. Drunken driving: Paul A. En-gwer, 56, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Oct. 7 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic infractions.
