Warrant: Devon K. Rucker, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 5:09 a.m. Oct. 9 on an oustanding warrant. Contempt: Jonathan M. Downer, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. Oct. 9 and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Drunken driving: Kayla J. Szekely, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. Oct. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic infractions. Assault: Anthony F. Soler, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. Oct. 9 and charged with thirddegree assault.

False statement: Jessica G. Federighi, 25, of Nassau, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. Oct. 9 and charged with filing a false written statement.

Drunken driving: Janet M. Herter, 48, of Troy, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Oct. 10 in the city of Troy and

charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Marijuana possession: Anthony L. Thompson, 36, of Green Island, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. Oct. 9 in the city of Cohoes and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.
