Unlicensed driving: Jeremy Tirey, 40, of Nassau, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. Oct. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Choking: Rab A. Everitt Jr., 23, of Troy, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. Oct. 10 and charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, petit larceny and second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: William A. Peabody, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Oct. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Mischief: Julian Soto, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Oct. 10 and charged with thirddegree criminal mischief. Assault: Matthew B. Bennett, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 11 and charged with first- and second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. Mischief: Aaron P. Edwards, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Oct. 11 and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Mischief: Nicholas N. Allen, 28, of Troy, was arrested at noon Oct. 11 and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Trespassing: Barton L. Jones, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Contempt: Earl Nicholson, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt. Unlicensed driving: Charles R. Loggie, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with third-degree aggaravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drug possession: Jesse C. Murrary, 64, of Troy, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree loitering. Endangerment: Mohammed A. Musleh, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Contempt: Jose C. Carillo, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Harassment: Franklin Lewis, 48, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with harassment. Trespass: Wade Parker, 36, of Troy, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with criminal trespass and harassment.

Larceny: Todd A. Rowley, 47, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 10 in the town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Drug possession: Kyle T. Spizowski, 19, of Cohoes, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 10 in the city of Cohoes and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug possession: Brittany A. Alescio, 25, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. Oct. 10 in the city of Albany and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Burglary: Jason Fuller, 34, no hometown listed, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with thirddegree burglary.

Theft: Christopher E. McNamara, 47, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with misappropriating property.

Bail jumping: Raiskeak W. Wilmer, 26, of Watervliet, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Colonie and charged with third-degree bail jumping and on an outstanding warrant.
