Ben­nett, 31, of Troy, was ar­rested at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 11 and charged with first- and sec­ond-de­gree crim­i­nal con­tempt, third-de­gree crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, third-de­gree as­sault, fourth-de­gree crim­i­nal mis­chief, crim­i­nal ob­struc­tion of breath­ing and sec­ond-de­gree ha­rass­ment. Drug pos­ses­sion: Jesse C. Mur­rary, 64, of Troy, was ar­rested at 3:32 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with sev­enth-de­gree crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and first-de­gree loi­ter­ing. En­dan­ger­ment: Mo­hammed A. Musleh, 32, of Troy, was ar­rested at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with first-de­gree un­law­fully deal­ing with a child. Con­tempt: Jose C. Car­illo, 29, of Troy, was ar­rested at 6:57 p.m. Oct. 11 and charged with sec­ond-de­gree crim­i­nal con­tempt and third-de­gree unau­tho­rized use of a ve­hi­cle.

Hoosick Falls Po­lice Depart­ment

Ha­rass­ment: Franklin Lewis, 48, of Hoosick Falls, was ar­rested Oct. 10 and charged with ha­rass­ment. Tres­pass: Wade Parker, 36, of Troy, was ar­rested Oct. 10 and charged with crim­i­nal tres­pass and ha­rass­ment.

Lar­ceny: Todd A. Row­ley, 47, of Poestenkill, was ar­rested at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 10 in the town of Bruns­wick and charged with pe­tit lar­ceny.

Drug pos­ses­sion: Kyle T. Spi­zowski, 19, of Co­hoes, was ar­rested at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 10 in the city of Co­hoes and charged with sev­en­thde­gree crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance. Drug pos­ses­sion: Brit­tany A. Alescio, 25, of Rens­se­laer, was ar­rested at 8:35 p.m. Oct. 10 in the city of Al­bany and charged with sev­enth-de­gree crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and il­le­gal pos­ses­sion of a hy­po­der­mic in­stru­ment.

Bur­glary: Ja­son Fuller, 34, no home­town listed, was ar­rested at 3:55 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with third­de­gree bur­glary.

Theft: Christo­pher E. McNa­mara, 47, of Schaghti­coke, was ar­rested at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Schaghti­coke and charged with mis­ap­pro­pri­at­ing prop­erty.

Bail jump­ing: Raiskeak W. Wilmer, 26, of Water­vliet, was ar­rested at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 11 in the town of Colonie and charged with third-de­gree bail jump­ing and on an out­stand­ing war­rant.
