Larceny: An unidentifi­ed, 10-yearold boy was charged with petit larceny.

Harassment: Frank P. Krasher, 46, of East Greenbush, was charged with aggravated harassment. Drunken driving: Kevin B. Winters Jr., 31, of Schodack Landing, was charged with driving while intoxicate­d.

Drunken driving: Arthur C. Froehlich, 51, of East Greenbush, was charged with driving while intoxicate­d.

Larceny: Cory F. Vumbacco, 20, of Wynantskil­l, and Ryan P. McCarty, 21, of Rensselaer, were each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy.

Larceny: Derrick T. Span, 46, of Cohoes, was charged with petit larceny.

Larceny: Steven M. Shaffer, 31, of Albany, was charged with petit larceny.

Rape; Wayne R. Calkins, 44, of Castleton, was arrested at 5:31 ,p.m. and charged with thirddegre­e rape and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Sex abuse: AN unidentifi­ed, 18-year-old Troy man was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13 in the town of Brunswick and charged with thirddegre­e aggravated sexual abuse, third-degree assault and seconddegr­ee unlawful imprisonme­nt. Drunken driving: Joseph J. Cook, 60, of Green Island, was arrested at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 in the city of Albany and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Thomas W. Peters, 25, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 4:42 a.m. Oct. 14 in the town of Colonie and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and two

vehicle and traffic infraction­s..

Drug possession: Tyrell G. Jones, 31, of Schenectad­y, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. Oct. 14 in the village of Nassau and charged with

seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Bryce J. Coffman, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Oct. 14 in the village of Nassau and charged with fifthdegre­e criminal sale of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled

substance.

Rape: Thomas J. Moulds, 26, of Delmar, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Oct. 14 and charged with second-degree rape.

Drunken driving: Heather L. Joralemon, 41, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Oct. 14 in the village of Menands and charged with

driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, second-degree reckless endangerme­nt and three vehicle and traffic infraction­s.
