Mischief: Jonathan J. Ortiz, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. Oct. 13 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and seconddegree harassment.

Warrant: Richard E. Hileman Jr., 34, of Schenectady, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. Oct. 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Weapon possession: Michael A. Rafferty Jr., 50, of Troy, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Oct. 13 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seconddegree menacing and seconddegree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Germaine D. Hargrove, 44, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Oct. 13 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Mischief: Vanessa Taylor, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. Oct. 13 and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Larceny: Richard M. Liburdi, 36, of Watervliet, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Oct. 13 and charged with petit larceny.

Contempt: James A. Lewis, 59, of Troy, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. Oct. 14 and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt. Mischief: Leonard J. Hyman, 43, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. Oct. 14 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault.

Unlicensed driving: Thomas H. Allen, 29, of Averill Park, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Oct. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Warrant: Brent G. Fairhurst, 43, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Oct. 14 on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Walter M. Brown Jr., 42, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Oct. 14 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drug possession: Zacharias S. Perkins, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Oct. 14 and charged

with possession of an imitation controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Menacing: Adam M. Ross,

30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. Oct. 15 and charged with second-degree menacing.

Assault: Bobby J. Knox, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. Oct. 15 and charged with third-degree assault and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Mwamba K. Green, 30, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Oct. 15 on an outstanding warrant. Marijuana possession: Nehteja M. Pinckney, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. Oct. 15 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
