Unlicensed driving: Scott J. Nolan, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. Oct. 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Drug possession: Kristina M. Carter, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Oct. 23 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Weapon possession: Scott C. Sorel, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Oct. 23 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Suspended registration: Shaquasha J. Thomas, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 1 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and three vehicle and traffic infractions.

Warrant: Terrence M. Lee, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. Oct. 23 on an outstanding warrant.

Aggravated harassment: Michael P. Egan, 32, of South Glen Falls, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with seconddegree aggravated harassment. Unlicensed driving: Serafine Mattei-Lownes, 23, of Albany, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Warrant: Shaterra M. Anderson, 20, of Albany, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 23 on an outstanding warrant.

Drunken driving: Alton A. Mason, 57, of Troy, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Contempt: Jaquan H. Walker, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation, second-degree harassment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

Contempt: Ahmed V. Brice, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Oct. 23 and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Warrant: David A. Gilespie, 33, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Oct. 23 on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Barsha D. Oliver, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. Oct. 23 on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Gideon M. Dawes, 23, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Oct. 24 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Mischief: Ladria Bell, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Oct. 24 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Mischief: Victoria M. Wellsey, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. Oct. 24 and charged with fourth-

degree criminal mischief and also on an outstanding warrant.

Rape: Jarod G. Bartley, 20, of East Greenbush, was

arrested at 10:07 a.m. Oct. 24 and charged with firstdegree rape, predatory sexual assault, second-degree menacing and forcible touching.

Mischief: Sidney F. Young, 21, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 11 a.m. Oct. 24 in the town of Petersburg and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal

trespass. Impersonation: Frank T. Bragg, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 24 in the city of Troy and charged with seconddegree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Douglas D. Dugan, 58, of Bennington, Vermont, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Oct. 25 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seconddegree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
