Assault: Lakwan M. Rodrizeguez, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 5:58 a.m. Oct. 26 and charged with thirddegree assault and third-and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Larceny: Joseph G. Esposito, 48, of Troy, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Oct. 26 and charged with petit larceny, third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle and seconddegree harassment. Assault: Stacy C. Winsman, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. Oct. 26 and charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed driving: El-Hajj M. Moses, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. Oct. 26 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Jeffrey M. Jackson, 52, of Troy, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Oct. 26 on an outstanding warrant. Contempt: Jeffrey A. Metz, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. Oct. 26 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Burglary: Gregg S. King, 50, of Albany, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 28 and charged with second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Gang assault: Robert K. Willsey Jr., 24, of Waterford, was arrested at 5:29 a.m. Oct. 28 and charged with

second-degree gang assault.

Drug possession: Anthony C. Conti, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Oct. 28 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug possession: Michael P. Malatesta, 26, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Oct. 28 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Mischief: Brian J. Conte, 28, of Cohoes, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Oct. 28 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Hasson A. Thompson Sr., 37, of Troy, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Oct. 28 on an outstanding warrant. Drunken driving: Tyrone T. Carter, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Oct. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and aggravated driving with with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or greater. Warrant: Nkrumah M. Caldwell, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Oct. 29 on an outstanding warrant. Drunken driving: Stephen W. Brennan, 56, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Oct. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.

Larceny: Crystal A. Verge, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Oct. 29 and charged with petit larceny. Warrant: Richard E. Rafferty, 30, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Oct. 29

on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: Paul L. Moore, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 29 and charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Larceny: Nicole L. Chase, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. Oct. 29 and charged with petit larceny and also on an outstanding warrant.
