Drug possession: Thomas C. Lasher Jr., 35, of Albany, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Nov. 2 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Kathasia A. Wilson, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Nov. 2 on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Justin T. Brown, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. Nov. 2 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Larceny: Jessica M. WatsonBram, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. Nov. 2 and charged with petit larceny.

Resisting arrest: Timothy D. Toker, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Nov. 2 and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Karim A. Little, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Nov. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed opera-

tion, reckless driving and six vehicle and traffic infractions.

Obstruction: Kenneth J. Hilts, 59, of Troy, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. Nov. 2 and charged with seconddegree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Drunken driving: William J. Hope, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. Nov. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated, first- and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Isaiah M. Walker, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. Nov. 2 on an outstanding warrant.

Drunken driving: Michael L. Essenter, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Nov, 4 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic violations.
