Assault: Joseph R. Morand, 26, of Latham, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. Nov. 10 and charged with thirddegree assault.

Gang assault: Nicholas D. Boyland, 18, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Nov. 10 and charged with second-degree gang assault. Unlicensed driving: Damien D. McCaskey, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. Nov. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Sharheem P. Beckett, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Nov. 10 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions, as well as on an outstanding warrant. Drug possession: Khayere MullinsWright, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Nov. 11 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Drug possession: Eileen Rickard, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Nov. 11 and charged with fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction, as well as on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Lahkeet A. Grady, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. Nov. 11 on an outstanding warrant. Drug possession: Kevin W. Greene, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 11 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drunken driving: Justin M. Ned, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Nov. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child.

Burglary: Ahmend J. Brice, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Nov. 12 and charged with seconddegree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seconddegree harassment.

Warrant: Scott Holland, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 4:58 a.m. Nov. 12 on an outstanding warrant.

Arson: Luke A. Bell, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 7:56 a.m. Nov. 12 and charged with fifth-degree arson. Choking: Ezekiel D. Jackson, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Nov. 12 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.

Unlicensed driving: Lahkeet A. Grady, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 10:05p.m. Nov. 11in the city of Albany and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Matthew F. Norton, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Nov. 12 in the city of Albany and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Drunken driving: Tyler J. Birmingham, 26, of Burnt Hills, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. Nov. 12 in the city of Watervliet and charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater. Drunken driving: Gregory L. Place, 34, of Castleton, on Hudson, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Nov. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08 percent.
