Contempt: Donte Payne, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 5:12a.m. Nov. 24and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Burglary: Tyquann L. Spring, 29, of Tropy, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. Nov. 24and charged with second-degree burglary, thirddegree grand larceny, two counts each of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment and single counts of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.

Unlicensed driving: Claire A. Jackson, 27, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 10:35a.m. Nov. 24and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Jeffrey E. Hargrave, 55, of Troy, was arrested at 5:44p.m. Nov. 24and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and jaywalking. Warrant: Douglas C. LaPlante, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Nov. 25on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Anthony C. Conti, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Nov. 25on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Jane M. Wheeler, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 12:32p.m. Nov. 25and charged with petit larceny and on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Bryan L. Alicea-Moya, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Nov. 25on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Bria J. Martinez, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 9:33p.m. Nov. 26and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Larceny: Emmanuel S. Booker Jr., 26, of Troy, was arrested Nov. 24and charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.

Larceny: Isaiah S. Davis, 20, of Troy, was arrested Nov. 24and charged with grand larceny.
