Unlicensed driving: Lamonte White, 42, of Watervliet, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 27 and charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Michele M. Rood, 21, of Rome, was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Nov. 27 on an outstanding warrant.

Attempted mischief: Sherwood E. Charron, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Nov. 27 and charged with fourth- degree attempted criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering.

Sex abuse: Yili Li, 73, of Troy, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. Nov. 27 and charged with forcible touching and second- degree harassment.

Choking: Demarian Robinson, 22, of Albany, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 27 and charged with second-degree strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child.

Unlicensed driving: Jah’Sheem M. Angus, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. Nov. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Julien M. Khurey, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Nov. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Jasmine M. Furbert, 26, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Nov. 27 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Warrant: Stephen G. Issacs, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 27 on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: Brian S. Nolan, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Nov. 27 and charged with thirddegree assault.
