Mischief: Yashina L. Miller, 43, of Cohoes, was charged with criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct. Larceny: Nathan J. Desharnais, 32, of Plattsburgh, was charged with petit, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of hypodermic needles.

Burglary: Curtis L. Tunstall, 35, of Troy, was charged with burglary and larceny, Conspiracy: William R. Burns, 51, of Ticonderoga, was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy. Warrant: Amber J. Grant, 28, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Drunken driving: Lashawnda R. Davis, 35, of Albany ,was charged with driving while iontoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Pratik Bastola, 25, of East Greenbush, was charged with driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drugged driving: Stephen M. Gullotti, 33, of Malta, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Assault: Jonathan M. Savoie, 25, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 9a.m. Dec. 22and charged with thirddegree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, aggravated criminal contempt and second-degree criminal contempt. Drugged driving: Karisa S. Williams, 25, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 10:09a.m. Dec. 22in the city of Albany and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Jennifer Gonzalez-Ortiz, 46, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:45a.m. Dec. 22in the town of Colonie and charged with two counts each of petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Stolen property: Lisa M. Sbrega, 41, of Hoosick, was arrested at 12:38p.m. Dec. 22in the town of Brunswick and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of stolen property. Larceny: Mairan E. Vasquez, 26, and Yessenia Vazquez-Curet, 29, both of

Troy, were arrested at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 22in the town of Brunswick and each charged with petit larceny. Drunken driving: Richard E. Halse, 50, of Averill Park, was arrested at 10:09p.m. Dec. 22in the town of Poestenkill and charged with felony counts of driving while ikntoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, as well as driving a vehicle without an ignition-interlock device and four vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drugged driving: Robert H. Donelian, 54, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was arrested at 1:59a.m. Dec. 24in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana.
