content of 0.08percent or greater and three vehicle and traffic infraction­s. Drug possession: Gianni D. Russo, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 1:35a.m. Feb. 1 in the city of Albany and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
