Drunken driving: Mark A. Vitallo, 62, of East Greenbush, was charged with driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic violation, as well as on an outstanding warrant.. Harassment: Josh D. Sager, 18, of East Greenbush, was charged with second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Robert J. Devlin, 54, of Nassau, was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and driving without a license. Drunken driving: John J. Pologa, 21, of East Greenbush, was

charged with driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic violation. Warrant: Kaesean R. Glover, 22, of Buffalo, was arrested on an outstanding

warrant.

Drunken driving: John J. Rescott, 32, of Grafton, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Jan. 31in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol

content of 0.08percent or greater and three vehicle and traffic infractions. Drug possession: Gianni D. Russo, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 1:35a.m. Feb. 1 in the city of Albany and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
