Mobley, 28, of Newark, was arrested at 2:36a.m. Feb. 1 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Warrant: Shane W. Beavers, 22, of Albany, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. Feb. 1on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Brandon A. Ross, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30p.m. Feb. 1and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Unlicensed driving: Ryan M. Hickey, 42, of Troy, was arrested at 3:44p.m. Feb. 1and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Mischief: Taevon Lamar Jones, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Feb. 1and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Drug possession: Christopher S. Ward, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 9Feb. 1and charged with seconddegree criminal possession of marijuana.

Drug possession: Howard O. Nedrick, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 9p.m. Feb. 1and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Warrant: Leonard E. Jiles, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 9p.m. Feb. 1on an outstanding warrant. Drug possession: James S. Mayotte, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 9p.m. Feb. 1and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Shannon L. Dame, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 9:03p.m. Feb. 1and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana and thirdand fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug possession: John C. Foster Jr., 38, of Troy, was arrested at 9:03p.m. Feb. 1and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, third- and fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Ron A. Roberts, 39, of Schenectady, was arrested at 9:09p.m. Feb. 1and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Burglary: Victoria M. Hoffman, 27, of Stephentown, was arrested at 11:14p.m. Feb. 1and charged with third-degree burglary. Larceny: Kyle D. Lewis, 28, of Stephentown, was arrested at 11:22p.m. Feb. 1and charged with petit larceny.

Drug possession: Germaine D. Hargrove, 45, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 12:37a.m. Feb. 2and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Drug possession: Shaun A. Wilkinson, 39, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:54a.m. Feb. 2and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Drug possession: Bobby Andrew Yarrell, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 2:02a.m. Feb. 2and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Larceny: Shanae L. Johnson, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 6:55p.m. Feb. 1in the town of Brunswick and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Drunken driving: James Plumadore, 50, of Schenectady, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. Feb. 3in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Amanda K. Monroe, 28, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Feb. 3in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed, driving while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child.

Drunken driving: Philip A. Hanafin, 64, of Castleton on Hudson, was arrested at 9:12p.m. Feb. 3in the town of East Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Assault: Amy Wyrshyhora, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:12a.m. Feb. 4in the town of Brunswick and charged with assault, second-degree burglary, thirddegree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
