Mischief: Dexter R. Jones, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 10:24a.m. Feb. 8and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Kory Ratigan, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. Feb. 8on an outstanding warrant.

Harassment: Jamaal H.A.M. Morton, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 1:14p.m. Feb. 8and charged with second-degree harassment and on an outstanding warrant. Contempt: Khalid Monroe, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:11p.m. Feb. 8and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Drug Possession: Shaun A. Moreau, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 4:38p.m. Feb. 8and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Bad Check: Asif Ismail, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 8:41p.m. Feb. 8and charged with issuing a bad check.

Unlicensed driving: Victoria A. Van Bramer, 22, of Schenectady, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Feb. 9and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Jahmarah M. Brodhurst, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 10:04p.m. Feb. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a suspended motor vehicle and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Mario L. Gorostiza, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 11:29p.m. Feb. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and four vehicle and traffic infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Omar T. Moore, 31, of Albany, was arrested at 1:17a.m. Feb. 11and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Kenneth M. Dressel, 31, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Feb. 11and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Fleeing police: Thomas P. Sperry, 19, of Waterford, was arrested at 9:49p.m. Feb. 11 and charged with unlawfully fleeing police, reckless driving and six vehicle and traffic infractions.

False reporting: Walter G. Kaldenberg, 61, of Nassau was arrested Feb. 9in Schodack and charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor.

Weapon possession: Kevin T. Balogh, 22, of Halfmoon was arrested Feb. 10in Schodack and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: James T. Litchfield, 26, of Averill Park was arrested Feb. 10in Sand Lake and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Obstruction: William G. Bates, 53, of Eagle Bridge was arrested Feb. 10in Hoosick and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor.

Contempt: Matthew J.McKay, 46, of Cohoes was arrested Feb. 11in Schaghticoke and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Obstruction: Chelsea C. Robinson, 26, of Troy was arrested Feb. 9in Albany and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administra-
